If you’re having trouble accessing your 2026–27 Season tickets in the Broadway at The National app, you may need to refresh your app login following our recent update.
The app uses two connected logins — one for the Broadway at The National app and one for your My Account ticket access. Both should use the same email address and password.
âť— Important Notes
If your app has already updated — including automatically through your device settings — follow the steps below to log out and back in. This will help ensure the new ticketing experience is available in your app.
1. Log Out of the App
Open the Broadway at The National app and tap the person icon in the top-left corner.
From your Profile page, tap the gear icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner.
On the Settings page, scroll to the bottom and tap Log Out.
2. Log Back Into the App
After logging out, you’ll be taken to the app’s Welcome screen.
Under “Have Tickets? Log In Here:”, tap Broadway at The National — the first option shown.
Follow the prompts to log in using the same email address and password you use for My Account.
You may be asked to complete a few quick setup questions. Once you reach the “You’re All Set” screen, tap Let’s go.
3. Access Your Tickets
Once you’re back in the app:
- Tap Tickets in the bottom navigation.
- Select Access My Tickets.
- You may be prompted to log in to My Account one more time.
- Use the same email address and password you used to log into the app.
🎟️ Once this initial setup is complete, your app and My Account ticket access should be connected, and you should not need to log in each time you open the app.
💡Need to update the app? Visit your device’s app store, search for Broadway at The National, and install the latest available update before following the steps below.
