As a Broadway at The National Season Ticket Holder, you have the flexibility to exchange your season tickets into a different performance date and time of the same title.
Before You Begin
A few things to keep in mind before exchanging your tickets:
Exchanges allow you to adjust your seating location or move into a different performance date and time of the same title.
- Not all titles may be available for exchange
- Exchange availability may vary by title and performance
- All exchanges are subject to seat availability at the time of your request
- Any applicable price difference will be reflected during checkout
💡 Pro Tip: When moving through an exchange, information about the title you are exchanging is shown in the top left corner of the page. You can also view details of your Season Package under Original Package in the top right corner.
Accessing Your Exchange
- Log in to your Broadway at The National My Account
- Navigate to the tickets tab
- Click Exchange Tickets next to the tickets you would like to exchange to begin
1️⃣ Review the Pop-Up Message
A pop-up message will appear with important information about your exchange.
Once reviewed, select Continue.
2️⃣ Select a New Performance
You will be presented with available dates and times for the production you selected on the left side of your screen.
You can use the calendar navigation to browse the available performances and select your preferred new date and time.
Once you've selected a new performance, a seat map will load with available seating.
💡 Pro Tip: The top left corner of the page displays information about the title you're exchanging, making it easy to confirm you're selecting a new performance for the correct show.
3️⃣Select Your New Seats
After choosing a performance, a seat map will load with available seating.
From here you can:
✅ Explore available seating locations
✅ Select new seats for your exchange
❗ Important Notes
- If you want to review inventory for a different performance, exit the exchange process or return to your Tickets tab or My Account, we recommend using your browser's Back button.
4️⃣ Review Basket
In the Review Basket step, you can review all exchange details before completing your request.
This page will display:
• Your original performance information in the top left of the screen
• Your new performance information
• Updated seat locations
• Any change in your new order total and balance due, if applicable
Select Continue to Checkout when ready.
5️⃣ Complete Checkout
The final step allows you to review your order summary and payment details.
If an additional payment is required, you can complete it during checkout.
💡 Pro Tip: The final checkout step requires billing information to be entered before your exchange can be completed. Be sure to enter and confirm your payment details, even if no payment is due today.
Once everything looks correct, select Complete Purchase to finalize your exchange.
6️⃣ Confirmation
After your exchange is successfully processed, you will see a confirmation screen with details on your updated order.
You will also receive a confirmation email and updated ticket information. Your new tickets will appear in your Broadway at The National My Account.
