❗ Important Notes
Upgrades / changes apply to your entire 2026–27 Season Package and are separate from individual show exchanges.
Any package changes made during this period will update your season ticket renewal moving forward.
🎟️ Additional tickets and individual performance exchanges are not available just yet and will become available at a later date as part of your Season Ticket Holder benefits.
✨ Upgrade & Change Options
Ready to update your 2026–27 Season Package?
You will see two options available in My Account:
🎟️ Keeping the same performance day & time?
Select Change Seats to explore different available seating locations within your current package series.
OR
🔄 Looking for a different performance day or time?
Select Change Package to explore available seating in a different package series.
💡 Pro Tip:
When exploring seating across different performance days and times, be sure to deselect any package seats you do not wish to keep in your 2026–27 Season before moving on to explore additional package performance days or times.
🎟️ Change Seats
When you select Change Seats, you will be taken directly to the seating map for your current package performance day and time.
The Change Seats option allows you to:
✅ Keep your current seats
✅ Select new available seats
✅ Remove one or more seats from your package if desired
❗ Important Notes
- Any seats not selected during this process will be removed from your 2026–27 Season Package and future season renewal.
- If removing a seat is the only change you would like to make to your package, please contact Broadway at The National Season Ticket Services for assistance.
1️⃣ Select Change Seats
Select Change Seats from the Season Packages tab in My Account under Manage your account
2️⃣ Review the Pop-Up Message
A pop-up message will appear with important information about your package update.
Once reviewed, select Continue.
3️⃣ Select Your Seats
Your current season seats will appear highlighted on the seating map and listed for reference while you explore available seating options. ✨
💡Be sure to deselect any of the original package seats you do not wish to include in your 26-27 Season.
Once your selections are complete, select the blue Buy Season Package button to continue.
4️⃣ Review Basket
In the Review Basket step, you can review your updated package details and confirm your selections before any changes are made.
Once everything looks correct, select Continue To Checkout to move forward with your 2026–27 Season update.
5️⃣ Complete Purchase
In the Complete Purchase step, you can review and update any applicable payment information associated with your season upgrade/change.
Please note:
Moving into a higher-priced seating location, performance day, or package series may result in an additional balance due.
Any payments already made toward your season package will automatically be applied during checkout.
Any price difference will appear when reviewing your updated order summary.
If you are currently enrolled in a payment plan:
No additional installment payment will be due today
Any remaining balance will automatically be included in your future scheduled installments
To complete your update:
✅ Check the acknowledgment box below your order summary
🎟️ Select Purchase to finalize your 2026–27 Season update
6️⃣ Confirmation
After your Upgrade/Change is complete, you will see a confirmation page on your screen.
📧 You will also receive an email confirmation with your updated package details. 🎭
❗ Important Note
If you are owed a refund, it will be processed by our team and confirmed via email once completed.
🔄 Change Package
When you select Change Package, you will be taken to the package selection page where you can explore available performance days and times for 2026–27 Season Packages. 🎭
The Change Package option allows you to:
✅ Explore a different performance day and/or time
✅ Select new seating within a different package series
✅ Update your package performance day, time, and seating location for all shows included in your 2026–27 Season Package
❗ Important Note
Completing this process will replace your current package(s) beginning with the 26-27 Season and will update your future season ticket renewal moving forward.
1️⃣ Select Change Package
Select Change Package from the Season Packages tab in My Account under Manage your account
2️⃣ Review the Pop-Up Message
A pop-up message will appear with important information about your package update.
Once reviewed, select Continue.
3️⃣ Select Season Package
Select the package performance day and time you would like to explore for your 2026–27 Season Package.
Once you select your new package series, you will be taken to the seating map to choose your new seats. 🎟️
4️⃣ Select Your Seats
Before completing your upgrade be sure all the seats you wish to include in your upcoming season are selected.
- Your current seats may not be available in another package series
- New seats must be selected from currently available inventory
- Pricing differences may apply depending on seat location, package performance day and time, and availability
💡 Pro Tip:
When exploring seating across different performance days and times, be sure to deselect any package seats you do not wish to keep in your 2026–27 Season before moving on to explore additional package performance days or times.
Once your seat selections are complete, select the blue Buy Season Package button to continue.
5️⃣ Review Basket
In the Review Basket step, you can review your updated package details and confirm your selections before any changes are made.
Once everything looks correct, select Continue To Checkout to move forward with your 2026–27 Season update.
6️⃣ Complete Purchase
In the Complete Purchase step, you can review and update any applicable payment information associated with your season upgrade/change.
