Before Arriving At the Theatre
- Open the Broadway at The National app and access your ticket.
- OR add your mobile ticket to your phone’s wallet for easy access.
âť— Important Notes:
- All Broadway at The National shows now require SafeTix for mobile entry. Just remember, screenshots won’t work due to our dynamic barcode system.
đź’ˇ Good to Know: While downloading tickets to your mobile wallet makes ticketing easier, it is not required for entry. Simply present your mobile ticket at the theatre within the Broadway at The National App, and enjoy the show!
How to Access Your Mobile Ticket In the App
- Download & Sign In
Download the Broadway at The National app.
Sign in using your Broadway at The National Account Manager credentials. - Access Your Tickets
Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the app screen to open the Tickets tab. - View Your Ticket
Select the event you’re attending.
Tap 'View Ticket' to display your ticket.
A dynamic barcode will appear—this is your ticket for theatre entry. - Add Your Ticket to Your Mobile Wallet
Tap 'Add/Save to Wallet'.
Follow the prompts to add one or multiple tickets.
Open your mobile wallet to confirm your ticket is saved and ready to use.

- For information on troubleshooting the App, click here.
- If you need further assistance, please call the Season Ticket Office at 877-302-2929. Our team would be happy to provide a mobile ticket walk-through via phone.
- The Box Office will also be available to assist if you have any difficulties accessing your mobile tickets when heading into your performance.
- Your Broadway at The National tickets will NOT be accessible through the Ticketmaster app.
What if I don't have a smartphone?
We understand that not everyone uses a smartphone. Our Box Office team will be available to assist you if you have any difficulties or cannot access your mobile tickets when you arrive for your performance. Please allow for a little extra time before your performance if you plan on visiting the Box Office on your way into the show. We're here to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable theatre experience!
