One of the great benefits of being a Broadway at The National season ticket holder is the flexibility to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show title. You can easily make exchanges through your online account.
How to Exchange Your Tickets Online
- Go to 'My Events'
Click 'My Events' in the top left menu bar. - Select Your Event
Choose the event you wish to exchange. - Click 'Exchange'
Select the 'Exchange' button to begin the process. - Choose Your New Tickets
Select your preferred date, time, and seating for the exchange. - Complete the Exchange Process
Follow the on-screen prompts to finalize your exchange. - Confirm Your Updated Tickets
Your new event details will be available in the 'My Events' tab.
✔️ Exchanges are available throughout the season. You can exchange your tickets online with no exchange fee up to 48 hours before showtime.
✔️ Phone exchanges are available for a $3.00 exchange fee per call. You can contact the Season Ticket Office at 877-302-2929 for assistance Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM & Saturday 12 PM - 6 PM.
âť— Important Notes:
- If your new seats are at a higher price, you’ll need to pay the difference at checkout.
- If your new seats are at a lower price, your ticket cost will remain the same. You won’t receive a credit, but this ensures you retain the full value for future exchanges or resale.
