Ticket transfers are typically available a few weeks before the event, but this timeline may vary by production.

Go to 'My Events'
Select the event you want to manage. -
Click 'Transfer'
Choose the seats you wish to transfer. -
Enter the Recipient’s Information
Provide the recipient's First Name, Last Name, Email, and an optional note. -
Confirm & Send
Click 'Send', then 'Done'—you're all set!
📩 What Happens Next?
The recipient will receive an email with instructions to accept the tickets.
⭐ Tip: Transferred tickets cannot be exchanged once they have been accepted. It is best to wait to transfer tickets closer to the performance in the event of illness or conflict. If a transferred ticket needs to be exchanged, the new ticket holder will need to transfer the tickets back to the original season ticket account so you can make any exchanges on their behalf and then reinitiate the transfer.
